The products ordered will be sent by Canada Post within the days following your order.
When your item is shipped, you will receive the invoice (a note) by email, along with a tracking number to follow the progress of the shipment in real time. In general, your order should arrive within 7 days, from the date of the order online.
Once the order is placed, oryaparvirevolte.ca is not responsible for Canada Post deadlines. Similarly, the risk of loss and title of these products is transferred to you when you deliver to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for shipments that are damaged or lost.

Exchange an ordered item
