Shipping and Return

The products ordered will be sent by Canada Post within the days following your order.

When your item is shipped, you will receive the invoice (a note) by email, along with a tracking number to follow the progress of the shipment in real time. In general, your order should arrive within 7 days, from the date of the order online.

Once the order is placed, oryaparvirevolte.ca is not responsible for Canada Post deadlines. Similarly, the risk of loss and title of these products is transferred to you when you deliver to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for shipments that are damaged or lost.

If he is absent at the time of delivery of the package, the buyer is responsible for recovering it according to the procedures established by the delivery company.

Shipping and free shipping

Fixed fees of $ 18.95 per order apply. However, starting at $ 200 and over (before taxes), we offer free shipping.

We do not insure delivery outside of Canada.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We also want to offer you new products of very high quality. Our return policy addresses these two major concerns.

Conditions of return 

We do not offer a refund, except for a manufacturing defect confirmed by our suppliers. If this is the case, we invite you to contact us directly by phone at 450-688-9705 to let you know the refund procedures. 

Exchange an ordered item 

To be returned and exchanged, an article must meet the following conditions: 

• The item must be accompanied by the original invoice.
• The item must be intact: no stain or sign showing that it has been worn or used.
• The label must be intact and attached to the product. If this is not the case, we will not be able proceed with the return. The presence of the label is a way of ensuring that the product has not been worn or washed.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The return must be made within 21 days of receiving your order.

oryaparvirevolte.ca reserves the right to refuse any exchange if a product does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the exchange will not be made and the product will be returned to the customer, at his own expense. 

Product error, defective product 

If oryaparvirevolts.ca has sent the wrong product, or if it is defective when you receive it, we will offset the cost of return (regular post only).

These fees will be refunded according to the original method of payment, when returning the product. For other reasons of return, no refund or credit will be granted for handling and delivery charges. 

We ask you to contact us quickly to mention the reason for the return to 450-688-9705 or [email protected]. Products on sale Items on sale are final sales. They can not be returned.

Return by mail 

Returns by mail are reserved for purchases made online. Purchases made at one of our brick and mortar stores must be returned to the store. To return by mail, we invite you to contact us by email with the following details: 

• Your name
• Phone number
• Number and date of the invoice
• Product Details: Description, number, size, color
• Reason for return

Once this information is received by email, we will send you an authorization form with your return number. 

The first option will be an exchange. If this is not possible, we will refund, by the original method of payment, according to the amount paid at the time of the purchase. Only the item (s) are refunded, shipping and handling charges are not refunded. We will proceed as soon as possible.
